Our mission is to take you from chemical-laden, over-processed wheat into a world alive with flavor, texture, aroma, and natural nutrients through heritage grains and the art of stone milling. We’re proud to offer our customers the highest quality, natural, hand-cultivated flours that are never bleached or enriched, and always freshly milled. All of our wheat and corn are non-GMO and chemical-free for the health of our customers. Our heritage grains are grown using natural farming methods. We don’t use chemical fertilizers, pesticides or glyphosate, in efforts to protect not only the health of our soil and water sources, but the health of you and your family. We do not add folic acid, bleach, enrichments, bromates, malts or anything else to our flours. HD SOUTH – Home of the Gilbert Historical Museum is a nonprofit cultural institution dedicated to preserving, sharing, and celebrating the rich heritage and evolving story of Gilbert, Arizona. Established in 1982 and housed in the town’s original elementary school built in 1913, HD SOUTH is the proud steward of Gilbert’s past while serving as a dynamic community hub for art, culture, education, engagement, and inspiration. As the only comprehensive history museum in Gilbert, HD SOUTH curates permanent and rotating exhibits that chronicle the town's agricultural roots, rapid urban growth, and the diverse stories of the individuals and families who shaped the region. Sonoran Desert Excursion: Mountain Bike Trail Ride Enjoy the beautiful desert as the sun begins to sink toward the horizon. This ride requires a minimal level of experience and fitness as there are some moderate hills to climb. Our ride will be at a slow pace, and we'll be making stops along the way as well. Come join us for a beautiful late afternoon among the saguaros. This is a no-drop ride. We'll re-group, take in the beautiful view, answer any questions about the Sonoran you may have, then continue our roll. Your guide, Tish, former park ranger, is a natural historian of the Southwest Deserts as well as an ICP Certified Skills Instructor and Ride Leader. Tour Time: 1.5 - 2.0 hours. Arizona Farm Winery and Specialty Coffee located in the heart of Gilbert in Agritopia's Barnone Craftsman Community. Owned and Operated by Brian and Megan Ruffentine and Todd and Kelly Bostock from Dos Cabezas Wineworks are the winemakers. Together we make and serve Arizona Wines from grapes that grow in Sonoita and Willcox, AZ. We offer wines by the glass for enjoyment here and wines to go in multiple formats. We serve Wine, Coffee and a light Food menu in a comfortable “backyard” atmosphere with a high attention to service, quality, friendliness.
